About the Job: We are currently recruiting for a Property Law Specialist to join our team at G2 Legal Limited.

Job Description: The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal advice and representation to clients in residential conveyancing matters, including leasehold and freehold transactions, sales, purchases, new build properties, remortgages, and lease extension work. They will also be required to manage a caseload of complex property transactions, communicate effectively with clients and estate agents, and work closely with colleagues to achieve high-quality results and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing legal advice and representation to clients in residential conveyancing matters

Requirements: To succeed in this role, you will need to have proven experience in residential conveyancing, excellent communication and networking skills, and the ability to work as part of a team. You will also need to be familiar with the latest developments in property law and have a strong understanding of the UK's conveyancing process.
