We are seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join our team at Boys & Maughan Solicitors in Canterbury. As a key member of our conveyancing department, you will be responsible for handling a variety of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, and re-mortgaging.

About the Role
  • You will be working closely with our clients to ensure that their needs are met and exceeded.
  • As a Residential Property Solicitor, you will be responsible for preparing and reviewing contracts, deeds, and other documentation.

To succeed in this role, you will require a strong understanding of residential conveyancing law and procedures. You must be able to work accurately and efficiently, meeting tight deadlines and prioritizing tasks effectively.

We offer a competitive salary package, estimated at £40,000-£55,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to your basic salary, you will also receive 25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays. Our office is based in St George's Place, Canterbury, within walking distance of the city centre.
