About the Role:
Pearson Whiffin Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Specialist to join our client's team in East Kent. As a key member of the conveyancing department, you will be responsible for managing your own caseload of residential property transactions, providing expert advice and guidance to clients, and ensuring that all transactions are completed efficiently and effectively.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential conveyancing, with at least 3 years PQE and experience of working in a fast-paced team. They will also possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with clients and colleagues alike. A commitment to delivering exceptional client care and a proactive approach to problem-solving are essential for this role.

We offer a competitive salary of £50,000 - £60,000, plus a range of benefits, including a discretionary bonus scheme, employee discount, and excellent pension scheme. Hybrid working options are available, allowing you to balance your work and personal life effectively.
