Key Responsibilities

  • Managing a caseload of residential property transactions
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure effective communication and project management
  • Maintaining accurate records and meeting regulatory requirements

Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must have:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in residential conveyancing
  • An LLB or LPC qualification
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills

What We Offer

In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary of £40,000-£60,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including 25 days' annual leave and opportunities for professional development.
