Facilities Management Specialist

The New Appointments Group is seeking a Facilities Management Specialist to oversee organisational arrangements for essential services within supported accommodation and offices. As Building Asset Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring strong and effective partnerships with approved contractors and suppliers.
This role requires you to manage performance and risk, contribute to the organisation's asset management strategy, and ensure sites are safe, secure, and welcoming for users. You will work independently to coordinate multiple projects concurrently and provide an efficient high-quality maintenance service.
The salary for this position is commensurate with experience and will be discussed during a confidential interview. A full clean UK driving licence is essential for this role.
