As a Facilities Maintenance Specialist with Itvjob, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our venues are clean, safe, and well-maintained. Your responsibilities will include cleaning and disinfecting high-touch areas, maintaining flooring, and preparing gardens for seasonal changes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and disinfect high-touch areas, including restrooms and kitchens.
  • Maintain various types of flooring, such as carpets, tiles, and hardwood.
  • Ensure plants receive adequate water through irrigation systems.
  • Prepare gardens for seasonal changes.

Requirements:

  • Experience in commercial cleaning.
  • Ability to use gardening tools and machinery.
  • Capability to follow instructions and work independently.

Estimated Salary: $52,000 per year.

Working Hours: Flexible, 40 hours per week.
