We are seeking an experienced and skilled Home Manager to join our client's team at one of their elderly care facilities. As a key member of the management team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to residents.
- You will have significant experience in a similar role, preferably within the elderly care sector
- You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the facility, including staff management and resident care
- You will work closely with the leadership team to develop and implement strategies to improve resident care and satisfaction
