Clinical Deputy Manager

We're seeking an experienced Clinical Deputy Manager to lead our clinical care team at Lark View Care Home. Our home provides exceptional care and support for up to 64 residents, offering nursing, residential, dementia & respite care in a beautiful setting.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in nursing (RGN or RMN), with experience working with elderly residents. You'll be responsible for driving the clinical care for our residents, ensuring they receive high-quality care tailored to their needs.

In this role, you'll also provide leadership and guidance to your team, supporting them with further training and development. You'll work closely with healthcare professionals and the local community to ensure our residents receive the best possible care.

We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 per annum, plus benefits including pension, onsite parking, paid DBS, uniform provided, and 5.6 weeks annual leave.
