Clinical Deputy Manager

Lark View Care Home, a part of the Care Concern Group, is seeking a dynamic and compassionate Clinical Deputy Manager to join our team. Our care home provides nursing, residential, dementia & respite care for up to 64 residents in stunning surroundings with breathtaking views of Kent countryside.

We're looking for a qualified nurse (RGN or RMN) with strong clinical skills and experience working with elderly residents. As a Clinical Deputy Manager, you'll oversee and drive the clinical care for our residents, ensuring they receive the highest quality of care tailored to their needs.

The ideal candidate will have proven leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and guide staff. You'll also support staff with further training and development, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

As a member of our team, you'll be part of a supportive and fun environment, with opportunities to make a real impact. We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 per annum, pension, onsite parking, paid DBS, uniform provided, and 5.6 weeks annual leave.
