We are seeking an exceptional Consultant Adult Psychiatrist to join our Crisis Resolution Home Treatment team at St Martin's Hospital. This pivotal role demands a high-quality clinical service delivery, as well as active involvement in the strategic development of the team and broader services.

About the Role

As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide expert mental health care to patients in need. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering high-quality clinical services with a focus on crisis resolution and home treatment
  • Collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement effective treatment plans
  • Engaging in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
Essential Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this challenging yet rewarding role, you will require:

  • MBBS or equivalent medical qualification
  • Approved clinician status and S12 approval under the Mental Health Act (or ability to achieve within 3 months)
  • Excellent clinical skills using a bio-psycho-social perspective
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
