Job Overview
GAIA RECRUITMENT LIMITED is seeking a registered physiotherapist, nurse, or occupational therapist to join their team in an exciting new role. This opportunity allows professionals to transition into the medico-legal profession while maintaining their registration with the NMC or HCPC.
About the Role
This is a unique chance for experienced healthcare professionals to develop their skills and knowledge in assessing customers and creating written reports for the Department of Work and Pensions (DWP). The successful candidate will receive industry-leading training, providing them with the necessary expertise to support customers and transfer their current medical skills and knowledge.
Training and Development
Full training is approximately 6 months long, during which time you will be paid. Upon completion, you will have ongoing CPD, revalidation support, and opportunities for career development within the organisation. You will also be allocated a clinical supervisor to guide your progress.
Requirements
- A minimum of 1 year's experience gained in the UK as a registered physiotherapist, nurse, or occupational therapist
- Computer or IT skills are essential, including typing or keyboard skills with an ability to type at 40 words per minute
- This role is not suitable for MSc students
The estimated salary for this position is around £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
