About the Role:- Collaborate with patients and Community Mental Health Team to provide medical guidance.
- Attend CPA reviews and offer urgent advice when necessary.
- Contribute to service evaluation and planning.
- Empower teams to resolve local issues using quality improvement tools.
- Supervise and appraise junior medical staff.
- Participate in service and business planning.
- Be part of the Consultant on-call rota.
- Contribute to improving wellbeing through a new approach.
- Salary: £88,406 - £117,002 per annum (dependent on experience).
