We are seeking an experienced and skilled Consultant Psychiatrist in Old Age Psychiatry to join our team at Kent and Medway NHS & Social Care Partnership Trust. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Old Age Psychiatry, excellent clinical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

The role involves providing psychiatric care to patients referred to our service, conducting MCA and MHA assessments, attending complex case discussions, and contributing to team meetings. You will also be expected to participate in research or service evaluation and provide medical guidance to team members.

To be considered for this role, you will need to have a MB BS or equivalent medical qualification, be in good standing with the GMC, and have Approved Clinician status and S12 approval under the Mental Health Act. You will also require a valid UK driving licence or alternative transport arrangements.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around £95,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
