Industry Liaison Specialist

As a key member of our team at Ashford College, the Industry Liaison Specialist will play a pivotal role in securing work experience for groups of students in various organisations. This position requires strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication skills both verbal and written, and the ability to prioritise work while applying a flexible and responsive approach to work demands.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the planning and implementation of employer events, organising employer visits for students, and ensuring that all necessary arrangements are made for student transportation. A full driving licence is required for this role, with a D1 category on your driving licence or a willingness to secure it.
In return for your expertise and dedication, you can expect a competitive salary of £10,427 per annum, plus a holiday payment of £1,511. Additionally, you will enjoy a range of benefits, including access to 100's of online discounts via our Rewards Scheme, cycle to work, car leasing and tech purchasing schemes, and a generous pension scheme with an 18% employer contribution.
