Job Overview
Rednal Recruitment Ltd. is seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join its nationwide team responsible for servicing industrial battery chargers and their related battery packs at commercial and industrial locations.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent electrical fault-finding skills, experience with distribution network operators, and knowledge of SLA, NiCD, and Plante batteries. Additionally, the ability to work with various power systems, including UPS, backup power supplies, and emergency lighting, would be beneficial. The role also requires strong communication skills, as the engineer will interact with customers and colleagues on a daily basis.

Responsibilities
  • To organise and complete service visits according to manufacturer recommendations.
  • To position, install, and commission equipment at customer sites.
  • To repair equipment and advise Head Office of any sales opportunities identified during duties.
  • To promote the company and act in a professional manner at all times.
