About the Opportunity
We are seeking a seasoned Clinical Home Manager to lead our 60-bedded care home in Kent. As Clinical Home Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of home management, including clinical standards, compliance, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading a dedicated team to deliver outstanding person-centered care.
- Driving continuous improvement to uphold our GOOD CQC rating and strive for excellence.
- Collaborating with residents, families, and external professionals to maintain and enhance the home's reputation.
Requirements:
- A valid NMC PIN and strong clinical leadership experience.
- A proven track record in care home management with knowledge of CQC regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
