Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable In-Home Care Assistant to join our team in Medway. As an In-Home Care Assistant, you will live with a client in their home and provide a range of non-medical services to support their daily needs.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Prepare meals and snacks according to the client's preferences
  • Provide medication reminders and support
  • Accompany the client on outings and engage in activities they enjoy
  • Monitor the client's safety and well-being at all times
Requirements
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (if applicable)
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform physical tasks as needed
