Care Team Lead Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Care Team Lead to join our team at Lark View Care Home. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standard of care for our residents.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and coordinating shifts to ensure smooth operations
  • Supporting residents with their daily needs, prioritizing dignity and independence
  • Overseeing medication management, including ordering, administration, and documentation
  • Maintaining effective communication with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Fostering a supportive team environment, promoting diversity and inclusivity

You will be working in a state-of-the-art care home with stunning views of the Kent countryside. Our home provides nursing, residential, dementia, and respite care for up to 64 residents.

We offer a competitive salary of £13.00 per hour, plus a range of benefits, including pension, onsite parking, paid DBS, uniform provided, and 5.6 weeks annual leave.
