Join us as a Care Team Leader

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate individual to lead our care team at Meadow View Residential Care Home in Canterbury, Kent. As a Care Team Leader, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our residents, supporting our care assistants in their development, and promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of experience in care, preferably with a relevant qualification such as an NVQ3 in Social Care. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work flexibly are also essential. We offer a competitive salary of £14.02 per hour, plus benefits including 20 days annual leave, complimentary meals during long shifts, and opportunities for growth and development.

About the Role:

  • Care Team Leadership: Lead and motivate our care team to deliver exceptional care to our residents.
  • Resident Support: Develop and implement personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • Talent Development: Support the growth and development of our care assistants, helping them to achieve their full potential.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of care services.
