Senior Team Leader Position

Kent County Council's Adult Short Stay Services is currently recruiting for a Deputy Manager to join their team at Westbrook House Integrated Care Centre in Margate.
The role involves leading a team and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care services to older adults.
The successful candidate will have a Level 4 Diploma or above in Care and a Management qualification at Level 5 or above, with evidence of continuing professional development.
They will have experience working with older people, preferably in reablement/intermediate care services and those with dementia, as well as knowledge and understanding of the CQC assessment framework.
Our salary estimate for this role is £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
