About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Team Leader to join our team at Sanctuary Care. As a Care Team Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents, while also supporting the development of our Care Assistants.

You will work closely with our residents, their families, and our colleagues to provide personalized care and support. Your kind and supportive approach will make a positive impact on the lives of our residents, and you will be an integral part of our team.

Experience in care is essential for this role, and an NVQ3 in Social Care is desirable. You will also need to be able to communicate effectively and have a flexible approach to work.
