Care Team Leader

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of care professionals to deliver high-quality care to our residents
  • Support the development of care assistants and ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent care
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to create a positive and supportive environment for residents and staff

Requirements:

  • Experience in care is essential, with an NVQ3 in Social Care desirable
