Complex Care Supervisor Role Overview

At Continuity of Care Services, we are committed to providing exceptional care to individuals with complex needs. We are seeking an experienced Complex Care Assistant to take on the role of Supervising Care Assistant. This position involves supervising care assistants, building relationships with clients, and contributing to the growth and development of our team. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Supervising care assistants to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality care
  2. Building strong relationships with clients and their families to understand their unique needs and preferences
  3. Working closely with the Care Manager to oversee the delivery of care packages and ensure seamless transitions
  4. Maintaining accurate records and reports to support quality improvement initiatives
  5. Participating in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
