We are seeking a compassionate Care Team Leader to join our team at Anchor. As a Senior Care Assistant / Team Leader, you will have the opportunity to make a real and positive difference to the lives of older people.

Key responsibilities include caring for individuals with diverse needs, dispensing medication, and utilizing management skills to ensure high-quality care delivery. We prioritize customer focus, exceptional care, and attention to detail in this role.

A Level 3 qualification in health and social care is desirable but not mandatory. However, we expect candidates to demonstrate a willingness to work towards this qualification. Please note that Anchor does not currently provide tier 2 sponsorship, so applicants must have the right to work in the U.K.
