Job Description:

We are seeking a Practice Manager to join our team as our previous manager is heading away on an overseas adventure.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Leading and managing the day-to-day operations of the Medical Centre including staff management.
  • Overseeing the effective reception management and delivery of quality patient care.
  • Managing and meeting all 'Cornerstone' compliance and management requirements, including reviewing and updating all policies, procedures and compliance to meet relevant legislation.
  • Facilities management and some administration and financial management responsibilities.
  • Oversee and ensure effective health and safety is in place and adhered to.

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience operating as a Business Manager in Health/General Practice or Practice Administration/Management role.
  • Financial management skills and/or business knowledge.
  • Excellent computer skills, word, excel and an ability to work well with data management systems and administrative processes.
  • Negotiable salary based on experience in line with position description requirements.

Salary Estimate:$80,000 - $100,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
