We are seeking an exceptional leader to join our team as a Sales and Operations Manager at Crew Clothing Company.

Job Description:

As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service in our stores. Your primary goal will be to increase sales and maintain high standards of visual merchandising, while also developing and motivating your team to achieve outstanding results.

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by delivering excellent customer service, maintaining store appearance, and implementing effective sales strategies.
  • Develop and implement visual merchandising plans to maximize sales potential and create an engaging shopping experience.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Maintain accurate records, including sales data, inventory levels, and employee performance.
  • Collaborate with the management team to set and achieve sales goals, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of sales success, preferably in a retail environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
  • Knowledge of visual merchandising principles and practices, with the ability to create engaging displays and window presentations.
