Role Summary:

The Senior Store Leader - Part Time will be responsible for leading a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales growth. This includes managing staff, maintaining high standards of customer service, and promoting a safe working environment.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Meet or exceed sales targets and customer service standards
  • Reduce shrinkage and maintain a safe working environment
  • Develop and implement operational processes to improve efficiency and productivity

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Manage store operations, including opening and closing procedures, stock control, and maintenance of store fixtures and equipment
  • Develop and implement operational processes to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives and promote a positive store image

Requirements:

  • 3+ years' experience in a leadership or management role in retail or a related industry
  • Diploma or degree in business, commerce, or a related field
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
