Your Responsibilities

  • SUPPORTING COLLEAGUES IN DELIVERING DAILY PRIORITY TASKS AND TAKING REGULAR BREAKS.
  • OPENING AND CLOSING THE STORE, AND COMPLETING DUTY COVER TO ENSURE SAFE DECISION-MAKING.
  • Being the go-to person for colleagues on day-to-day queries in the absence of a manager.
  • Maintaining a clean, tidy, and well-presented store.
  • Supporting managers in coordinating seasonal events and activities.
  • Contributing to a positive team atmosphere that's inclusive of everyone.
  • Providing outstanding customer service by listening to their needs and putting them first.
  • Keeping the team informed and up-to-date on communications, changes, and updates.
