As a key player in our operations team, you'll be responsible for implementing strategies that deliver exceptional customer experiences and maintain our high standards of quality.

You'll need to have recent supervisory experience, a passion for retail and people, and be able to communicate effectively at all levels. Additionally, you should be detail-oriented, able to motivate and challenge others, and promote our company values.

We're offering a basic salary of £28,256 per annum, plus additional benefits such as monthly quarterly and bi-annual bonuses, commission-led bonuses, and long service awards. You'll also have access to our comprehensive training program, which includes development courses with national qualifications.
