Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated individual to assist the Store Manager in the day-to-day running of our retail store. The successful candidate will focus on delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring efficient store operations, and contributing to training development.

Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide professional assistance to the Store Manager in overseeing the daily activities of the store.
  • Develop and implement effective customer service strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the Training and Development team to design and deliver staff training programs.
  • Maintain accurate records of staff progression and training completion.


Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in retail management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
