Academy Store Operations Manager

Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional assistance to the Store Manager in overseeing the daily activities of the store.
- Develop and implement effective customer service strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the Training and Development team to design and deliver staff training programs.
- Maintain accurate records of staff progression and training completion.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in retail management or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
