Job Description
  • Deliver Excellent Customer Service: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing prompt and courteous service.
  • Manage Store Operations: Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and profitability in all aspects of store management.
  • Administration Duties: Set sales quotas, manage KPIs, and oversee performance management, sales, and financial reports.
  • Health and Safety: Protect employees and customers by enforcing regulatory policies and guidelines, including food safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and order new items to ensure efficient supply chain management.
  • Quality Standards: Maintain quality standards in customer service and health and safety.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a managerial/supervisor role, driving a high-sales culture in a fast-paced industry.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays.
  • Strong Leadership Skills: Proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
