We are seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our front of house team at The Griffins Head.

As a Hospitality Team Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring the smooth operation of the pub, and contributing to a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.

Main Job Objectives:

To provide excellent customer service, maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation, and work effectively as part of a team to achieve business objectives.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Assist with the setup and effective operation of the pub, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  2. Ensure opening and closing procedures are followed, prioritising security and health & safety.
  3. Work collaboratively with colleagues across various areas of the pub to maintain best practice and identify areas for improvement.
  4. M Maximise sales opportunities by promoting quality food and drink services, using point-of-sale systems, and understanding promotions and requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Hospitality experience: 1 year (required)
  • Driving Licence (required)
