Reception Team Member

We are looking for an experienced Reception Team Member to join our busy team at Barretts in Canterbury. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling telephone enquiries, and maintaining a clean and tidy reception area.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Welcoming customers and providing exceptional customer service
- Handling telephone enquiries and directing customers to the correct department/team member
- Monitoring sales enquiries through the lead management system and circulating to Sales Executives
This role requires working alternating weekly shifts, earlies 7:30am to 4:30pm and lates 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday, with a 1-hour break. The standard hours will be 40hrs per week, Monday-Friday.
