Salary

Job Description
As a Crew Team Leader at FatFace, you will be part of the management team responsible for ensuring the safe running of the store, managing the team, and delivering exceptional customer service. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Providing exceptional service to customers, utilising your knowledge to help them find the best products.
  • Resolving customer issues effectively and efficiently.
  • Processing POS transactions and thanking customers.
  • Building loyalty and retaining customers through opt-in at the POS.
  • Delegating tasks and demonstrating leadership skills to team members.
  • Understanding commercial aspects of the retail business and making informed decisions.

Role Competencies
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • Proven ability to lead a team and demonstrate leadership skills.
  • Experience in a customer service environment, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work productively in a high-pressure environment and quickly learn new tasks.
