Software Engineering Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to lead our development team in Canterbury, UK. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining complex software solutions while mentoring junior developers and ensuring code quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement high-performance software applications.
- Lead technical decision-making processes and code reviews.
- Mentor and guide junior software engineers in best practices.

Requirements:

- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Proven experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure) is a plus.
