Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Crew Team Leader to join our team in Canterbury. As a key member of the management team, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth, maintaining a positive store environment, and delivering exceptional customer service.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality service. You will be responsible for leading a team of sales advisors, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer experience.

You will work closely with the management team to achieve business objectives, drive sales growth, and maintain a positive and productive store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, utilizing your product knowledge to help customers find the best products to suit their needs.
  • Resolve customer issues effectively, efficiently, and positively.
  • Process POS transactions, thank customers, and build loyalty through opt-in at the point of sale.
  • Delegate tasks to team members, demonstrate new skills, and contribute to the day-to-day running of the store.
  • Analyze data, make decisions, and understand commercial aspects of the retail business.
  • Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, loss prevention, and health & safety.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven ability to lead a team, viewed as a leader among peers.
  • Experience in a customer service environment, preferably in retail.
  • Proven experience with POS management, daily banking procedures, and meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
  • A collaborative and positive attitude, demonstrating confidence in taking initiative and working under own direction.
  • Ability to work productively in a high-pressure environment, quickly learning new tasks, and committing information to memory.

We offer a competitive salary of £32,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
