About the Role:

We are looking for a talented and motivated individual to fill the position of Supervisor at Phase Eight. As a member of our store team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the day-to-day activities of the store, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  2. Lead and support a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  3. Work closely with colleagues to achieve business objectives and improve store performance.
  4. Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance customer satisfaction and sales growth.

What We Offer:
