About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Deputy Apprenticeship Manager. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering high-quality leadership development opportunities throughout the organisation. You will work closely with the HR Senior Leadership Team to ensure the delivery of a comprehensive HR service in line with the trust's policies, procedures, and best practice in People & Culture management.

You will be responsible for managing the Learning and Organisation Development team, ensuring the provision of effective and sustainable learning and development solutions that meet the needs of the workforce. This includes developing and implementing the Learning and Development strategy, including learning technologies, apprenticeships, onboarding, mandatory, and statutory training. You will also review the system-wide education and development requirements of the trust in collaboration with Directors of Medical Education and Nurse Education.
