About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Associate Director of Hospital Services to join our team at East Kent Hospitals University NHS Foundation Trust. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual to lead a team of therapists and contribute to the strategic development of our therapy services.

Job Description

The successful candidate will have senior-level experience in workforce redesign, organisational change programmes and staff engagement. They will be responsible for building on current processes to ensure effective management of capacity across our three main hospital sites.

This role requires the ability to formulate action plans, lead changes and drive improvements to achieve trust and national performance targets. The successful candidate will also be accountable for contributing to and delivering the Trust's strategic objectives.

Salary

We offer a competitive salary of £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including pension scheme, annual leave and flexible working arrangements.
