We are looking for a highly skilled Organisational Change Manager to join our team, responsible for leading organisational change initiatives across multiple industries and sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leverage change to bring about a successful resolution as we manage the process and facilitate organisations' transitioning from the current to a future desirable state using a coordinated and structured approach in collaboration.
  • Develop and implement effective change management strategies to ensure seamless transition.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop tailored solutions.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in organisational change management, with a proven track record of driving business growth and improving operational efficiency. We offer a competitive salary of £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, plus benefits including 25 days of annual leave, pension matching contribution up to 10%, private medical scheme, life assurance, and unlimited opportunities to learn in our training platforms.
