EAST KENT RAPE CRISIS CENTRE is seeking a visionary leader to champion the rights of women and girls in East Kent who have experienced sexual violence. As Academic Board Member, you will lead and manage our high-quality support services, maintaining accredited status and developing evidence-based practice.

You will work closely with our management team and Board of Trustees to ensure financial security and sustainability. Your voice will amplify the rights of women and challenge societal attitudes that condone sexual violence.

This role is restricted to women under Equality Act 2010 (Schedule 9, Part 1). Estimated salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum.
