Assistant Facilities Manager

An award-winning Main Contractor operating in the Commercial, Education, Healthcare, Leisure & Retail sectors seeks an experienced Assistant M&E/Building Services professional to join their Construction Delivery team in Kent. As Senior Building Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing subcontractors through pre-construction design stages, installation, and commissioning.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will manage M&E packages on multiple regional projects, overseeing all aspects of M&E services, including specification, design, procurement, health & safety, installation, snagging, and commissioning. Good knowledge of assurance processes, standards, and codes of practice is essential.
Requirements- Previous experience as Assistant Building Services Manager or equivalent role with a top 100 main contractor or specialist sub-contractor
- Good communication and organizational skills
We offer a competitive salary range of £40,000-£45,000 basic plus benefits including car allowance, pension scheme, and bonus structure.
