About the Role

We are seeking a Business Growth Specialist to join our commercial lending team. As a key member of our department, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with commercial brokers, supporting the delivery of Metro Bank's brand and business model for Commercial Lending.

Your primary objective will be to develop and maintain a portfolio of commercial brokers who actively introduce opportunities to the bank. You will work closely with our internal departments to progress opportunities and generate customers through business development approaches such as introducer leads and networking events.

In addition, you will foster Metro Bank's relationship with the National Association of Commercial Finance Brokers (NACFB) and other finance broker associations to grow brand recognition amongst their broker members.

You will also build strong relationships with key internal stakeholders, including Commercial Lending directors and other regional teams. As a Business Growth Specialist, you will provide coaching and support to Local Directors, Local Business Managers, and Commercial Lending team colleagues, promoting opportunities for learning and growth.

The estimated salary range for this role is £55,000 - £75,000 per annum, plus benefits.
