Clinical Administration Specialist

This exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Clinical Administration Specialist to join our dynamic team at East Kent Hospitals University NHS Foundation Trust. As a Clinical Administration Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality administrative support to our clinical teams, ensuring seamless delivery of patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer patient records, maintaining accurate and up-to-date information
  • Coordinate clinic schedules, ensuring efficient use of resources
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years administration experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
  • Strong knowledge of hospital policies and procedures, including data protection and confidentiality
  • Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management

Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
