PsiCon is a specialist neurodevelopmental service working with various NHS trusts to provide autism and ADHD assessments. We offer an innovative approach to delivering high-quality psychological support and healthcare.
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Clinic Coordinator to manage the daily operations of our neurodevelopmental clinics across the UK. The successful candidate will oversee clinic logistics, ensure smooth assessment processes, and provide vital support to clinicians and the operations team.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the setup and delivery of autism and ADHD clinics, ensuring all necessary arrangements are in place.
- Provide early morning support on one day a week to address urgent clinician needs.
- Assist in identifying new clinic venues and resource allocation to facilitate growth and improvement.
- Manage clinician availability using When I Work software to meet service demands.
Requirements
- Prior experience in clinic coordination, preferably within the NHS or private sector.
- Knowledge of autism and ADHD assessments is advantageous but not essential.
- Strong computer skills and excellent customer service abilities.

- An estimated salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
