Job Description

This role involves coordinating the daily operations of our neurodevelopmental clinics, ensuring seamless assessment processes and providing critical support to clinicians and the operations team.

Main Duties

  • Ensure effective clinic setup and logistics management.
  • Provide proactive support during early morning hours to address urgent clinician needs.
  • Identify new clinic venues and facilitate resource allocation for growth and improvement.
  • Manage clinician schedules using When I Work software to meet service demands.

Person Specification

  • At least 2 years' experience in a similar role within the NHS or private sector.
  • Strong understanding of autism and ADHD assessments, although this is not essential.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
