Job Summary

This Clinical Director role at Psicon involves leading a team of approximately 50 associate clinicians in delivering high-quality services for children and families affected by neurodevelopmental conditions. The estimated salary for this role is around £70,000 - £90,000 per annum.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • ">
  • A highly skilled clinician background (Dr, Clinical Psychologist, Speech and Language Therapist, Occupational Therapist) with significant experience in neurodevelopmental condition assessment and management.">
  • Proven leadership skills, with experience in supporting teams in delivering high-quality services.">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.">
  • Ability to adapt to changing circumstances, prioritising tasks and managing competing demands.">

Work Environment

You will be based in our Canterbury or Basingstoke clinic sites, working approximately 1-3 days a week. You will also have the opportunity to work remotely from time to time.
