Neurodevelopmental Assessment Manager

We are a specialist neurodevelopmental service providing autism and ADHD assessments for private clients and NHS trusts. Our team of associate clinicians work in satellite clinics across the country and remotely, delivering high-quality services that meet the highest industry standards.
This is an exciting opportunity to join our innovative and supportive team as a Senior Clinical Leadership Position. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of excellent services for clients with neurodevelopmental conditions such as ASD and ADHD.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of approximately 50 associate clinicians, including doctors, clinical psychologists, speech and language therapists, and occupational therapists. This will involve providing general leadership and guidance, assisting in the recruitment of new staff members, and maintaining professional responsibility for the provision of quality assessments for neurodevelopmental conditions.
Key Requirements- A highly skilled clinician (Dr, Clinical Psychologist, Speech and Language Therapist, Occupational Therapist) with significant experience in the assessment and management of neurodevelopmental conditions – autism and / or ADHD.
- Proven ability to support a team in the delivery of high-quality services to children and families.
- Understanding of private and NHS healthcare structure / systems / pathways across the UK.
- Estimated salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum.
- Flexible working arrangements, including the option to work from home one day per week.
