About the Role: Office Management Assistant
We are seeking an experienced Office Management Assistant to join our team in the United Kingdom. As an office management assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain office supplies and equipment inventories, handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Project Coordination: Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations, coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Database Management: Manage office filing systems and databases, assist with the organization of company events and training sessions.
- Support Functions: Support various departments with ad-hoc administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred, proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively, professional and friendly demeanor with a proactive attitude.
