Electronic Monitoring Officer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Electronic Monitoring Officer to join our team. As an Electronic Monitoring Officer, you will play a critical role in supporting our electronic tagging service team.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and possess a keen attention to detail. Previous experience is not necessary, as we provide comprehensive training for this role.

This is a full-time position working 37.5 hours per week with a shift pattern of 10 weeks rotation, covering 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The majority of shifts are between 5pm to 1am.

What You'll Do:
  • Partner with the electronic monitor tagging team during daily tasks
  • Assist in the installation and upkeep of electronic monitoring devices
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations and clear communication
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to individuals under electronic monitoring

Requirements:
  • BPSS clearance (handled by Adecco upon successful application)
